Modified Bitumen Roofing (SBS and APP)
Modified bitumen is asphalt with added polymers, installed in rolls. It is tough and common on older buildings.
SBS and APP
SBS is rubbery and flexible. APP is more plastic-like and often torch-applied. Both can be cold-applied or self-adhered too.
